LOTS of DOTS and Feelin' Blue: Necklace and more Giveaway

What's wrong, Elisha? Feeling blue? Oh, you're tired of waiting for a family. THREE years, you say? Three years have gone by without a mommy and daddy to call your own?
Well, don't worry, baby girl, we're doing everything we can to get you home as soon as possible! Soon you are going to have a Mommy and Daddy and three brothers to call you daughter and sister forever.

Hey, Villagers, who wants to bring a smile to this precious little girl's face? You do?
Well, then...
I've got a FUNdraiser for you!

It involves DOTS.

No, no, not those Dots!

DOTS. DOTS stands for Digital Offerings, Tangible Success.  Ignore that, though. That sounds lame. And this, my friends, is definitely FUN, not lame.

Thanks to DOTS, we've got a really cool puzzle/game/giveaway that we hope will help bring in the $1500 we are quickly trying to raise for the next round of fees we need to pay.

Here is why you will LOVE this new fundraiser:
1. You get to see our gorgeous little girl's new photo. This is an updated, very recent picture of her (my guess is that the orphanage staff took it for her 3rd birthday, which was a few months ago.)
2. You get to solve the puzzle to reveal Elisha's new middle name!
3. You can win FABULOUS prizes and gifts just because we love you and want to show our appreciation for all your help and support.
4. YOU serve as part of the village that saves a little girl from a life of NOTHING to a life a LOVE, FREEDOM, and FAMILY.

Our goal is to raise $1500 in this fundraiser. This amount is what we need to cover the second portion of our dossier fees. (I'll explain the terminology in another post. Basically, think "pricey international paperwork.")

Before I reveal HOW to participate in this FUNdraiser, let me show you what we are giving away to say thank you for all your help.

THE BIG GRAND PRIZE:

Peacock Blue Statement Necklace, courtesy of KC, owner of Etsy shop Distracted by Something Shiny (do you not just LOVE the name of the shop?) (Thanks, Aunt K.C. for showing your support!)

Plus a few more great prizes...
Autographed Book "Writing For the Soul" written and signed by Jerry B. Jenkins courtesy of Randy Schulenberg (thanks, Randy!)

(This is the author of the well-known series "Left Behind"; this book is part-memoir, part-instruction, so for those who dream of their own hit book someday, this is an especially good one for you!)

Personalized hand-designed coaster set (4), created with love by Yours Truly

$30 gift certificate for FREE books from Usborne Books.  Click the picture below to view or purchase selections. (This is my shop's website; 100% of sales commission goes toward bringing Elisha and other orphans home!)

There you have it. Four different gifts to four different villagers. It's my small way of saying thank you for showing your support. Without you. Elisha would remain one of the 147 million orphans in this world.

Now... wanna help Elisha? It's time to buy DOTS!

For every $5 dot you purchase, a circle disappears and a little bit of the picture is revealed. Check back often,  because as more DOTS disappear, you'll get to see more of our little princess!

Once you think you know her middle name, send me an email with your guess (only one guess per person or donation, please!) Each guess is an entry into our Feelin' Blue giveaway; the winner will be revealed when we reach our $1500 goal (or after May 10th, when the DOTS fundraiser ends.) Remember, you have to donate AND send me an email name guess in order to be entered into the necklace giveaway!

Our DOTS fundraiser runs between April 19th and May10th. Please show your support and help us bring Elisha home!!

Is there any way to do this with paypal?

No, this is an actual fundraiser company that hosts this, so payments must be through their system only (in order to remove the DOTS from the picture.) Good question!

I donated...25 dollars, five dots and two free.. but I had to come back here then click on the link in order to see the picture again... it there an easier way... love this idea and I am totally stealing it... one quick question..is her middle name on the picture and we are just going to see bits of it at a time as the dots disappear? Then we email you with our guess..Sorry, I'm usually smarter but this morning my brain is playing twister with this blog post. :)
