Just 45 more to go, and we will be FULLY FUNDED to bring her home.

Exactly what is so great about being fully funded?

Well, we already have to worry about

• leaving our (other) children behind
• paperwork delays
• court appointments
• medical appointments
• lodging and transportation issues
• foreign policies
• being diplomatic 
• rescuing a child that has never felt love
• medical concerns
• not speaking the language
• flying for 20+ hours with a young child (who has never even left her orphanage) 
• introducing her to our family
• acclimating to having a daughter
• acclimating as a new family unit
• how to access all the carseats in the van

(We've got just a few things on our plate right now.)

It just would be really nice not to have to add

• worry over something so simple, replaceable, and yet so important as money (or the lack of it)

to our agenda.

Yes, being fully funded is definitely something I look forward to crossing off the list!
